Do you ship internationally?
No, Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?
Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely. A video recording while opening the package is mandatory for requesting a replacement in case the product received is damaged / incorrect.
Can I return a product if I do not like it?
We have a strict No Returns Policy. Return/exchange is only possible if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect. A video recording while opening the package is mandatory for requesting a replacement in case the product received is damaged / incorrect.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please raise a Replacement or Exchange Request within 24 hours of receipt of the order, by sending us an email on [email protected] and we will set things right. Please mention your Order ID when you reach out to us. Please note, for any exchange request, the product needs to have the original packing intact. We will not accept the request if any of the packing material is missing.
