The Retirement Home

Having a home to oneself is each family’s dream, thus we explored the given brief to the fullest to deliver a matchless design approach. We believe in design philosophy that fulfills the requirements of the client and incorporates expressions that enhance their experience. In order to do justice to this philosophy our team designed this retirement home in 4500 sq. ft. This duplex villa was designed to give the rooms an earthy, serine ambience blending in a mix of Indian ethnicity and distress furniture. The electrical work was redone to be in sync with the concept of smart living while including home automation in design approach. Our proposal utilized the existing geometry on site as indicators, resulting in a design that fits snugly within the existing context.
